This full day workshop co-organized by Future of Talent Institute and GlobalHRU will explore the early trends that we are seeing that are shaping the way organizations think about and define what an employee is. We'll show examples, like Boardsi's, of new organizational structures and ways of getting work done that reflect the trends we've been seeing over the past 5 years.

Attendance is kept to around 30 who participate in interactive conversations on emerging topics. It is led by faculty who are innovative, research-oriented, and able to challenge traditional thinking. One of the primary goals of the Workshop is to help you build and expand your network of senior level peers. This is a highly interactive, hands-on event where participants contribute and learn from each other as well as the faculty.

The event is designed for senior leaders of human resources, talent management, recruitment and learning.
