Stacy has consulted on Employer Branding and Talent Aquisition best practices with category leading brands like Bombardier, CIBC, Bank of Nova Scotia, SNC Lavalin, Air Canada, Molson Coors Canada, Arcelor Mittal and Maple Leaf Foods.
Stacy launched Canada’s largest Employer Branding Awards program in 2012 and hundreds of C-Suite executives from the largest employers across the country have attended. Her insight on employment trends, job seeker needs, and Employer Branding have been featured in articles in Forbes, Yahoo News, and The Globe & Mail, and on television at The Business News Network (BNN), The Lang and O’Leary Exchange (CBC) and CTV News (Bell Globe Media).
Stacy has experience in Canada and internationally, and has held senior roles in Sales leadership and Marketing for the world’s largest recruitment and HR Services firm. What matters though are the results. She is proud to have been responsible for some of the highest employee engagement and retention scores in each role she has been in, to have impacted record revenue growth, to have received top management awards, and to have been part of a leadership team that won multiple top employer awards.
Amongst her many career accomplishments, in her Marketing, Communications and Branding Capacity, Stacy doubled brand awareness, quadrupled the brand Share of Voice and impacted a 25%improvement of the Client NPS in under 18 months.
Stacy has held Sales, HR, Talent Aquisition and Marketing leadership positions at companies such as Randstad, Manulife and Sun Life Financial
