Phebe Chan

Phebe is a business and immigration lawyer. Prior to joining RBS, she worked at national and international law firms.

Phebe provides the full range of Canadian immigration and citizenship services, specializing in work permits for the technology and LNG industries. In her business advisory services, she assists growing Canadian companies in various sectors. In particular, she specializes in “match-making” between British Columbian companies and Asian investors.

Phebe is fluent in Cantonese and is also a litigator. She has represented clients in trials by judge and jury, court of appeal and arbitrations. She also represents clients in immigration mediations and appeals, as well as Federal Court judicial reviews.
