As the Director of Talent Attraction for D+H , I am accountable for finding the right talent, for the right job, at the right time to enable business success and growth while optimizing the candidate experience. I develop and lead a high-performance Talent Attraction team, cultivate strategies to find amazing talent, partner with senior leadership to advise on Talent Attraction initiatives and build strong relationships with candidates. The diversity of positions and the challenge to find the best talent out there keeps me engaged and motivated on the job. It also pushes me to succeed.
Along with this demanding agenda, I also find time to fit in dance classes with my daughter, hockey practice my son and date-night with my husband. Leaving a little time for me to squeeze in my own passion for curling up on the couch with a good book…and a cup of tea!
